For data your applications store on FASTBASE about your users, you are the controller and we act as your processor.
What we collect

We do not use advertising trackers and do not sell personal data.
Your content
Source code, databases, files and environment variables you put on FASTBASE are stored to run your applications. Secret values are encrypted at rest and are never shown again after you save them. We do not look at your content except when you ask for support, or when required to investigate abuse or comply with the law.

Who receives data
- Hosting: Netinternet Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. (Türkiye), on a server operated by us.
- Email delivery: our own mail server (fastbase.io), hosted with the service, to send account emails.
- Payments: paid plans are not sold yet. When they are, payments will be processed by Stripe; card details never reach our servers.
- AI features: when the AI Engineer is connected to an external model provider, your request and a description of the project (names, statuses, table and column names — never secret values or data rows) are sent to Anthropic (Claude), the model provider of the AI Engineer.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Data is stored in Türkiye. The only data that leaves the country is the AI Engineer request described above, which is processed by Anthropic in the United States under its data processing terms; it never contains secret values or your users’ data rows.
How long we keep it
Account data: until you delete your account. Deployment logs: as long as the deployment exists. Traffic metrics: 30 days. Backups: up to 7 days after deletion. Billing records: as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can see and change your profile under Account, and delete your account there. Depending on where you live you also have the right to access, correct, export or erase your data, to object to processing, and to complain to your data-protection authority ([for Turkey: Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu]). To use these rights, write to us through the contact page.
Changes
We will announce material changes to this policy by email or in the dashboard before they take effect.
